甲乙丙三型流感凝集血清
嗜血桿菌與肺炎鏈球菌都能在人類的上呼吸系統(tǒng)中發(fā)現(xiàn)。一項(xiàng)有關(guān)它們之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)研究指出,在培養(yǎng)基內(nèi),肺炎鏈球菌能以過氧化氫攻擊流感嗜血桿菌及能排除在表面流感嗜血桿菌生存所需的分子。
當(dāng)兩種細(xì)菌一同在鼻腔內(nèi)時(shí),兩星期之內(nèi),只有流感嗜血桿菌能夠生存。當(dāng)兩種細(xì)菌分別地放在鼻腔內(nèi)時(shí),兩者皆能生存。使實(shí)驗(yàn)鼠的上呼吸組織暴露于兩種細(xì)菌時(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)有格外大量的中性粒細(xì)胞。當(dāng)實(shí)驗(yàn)鼠只是暴露于其中一種細(xì)菌時(shí),則不會(huì)出現(xiàn)這些細(xì)胞。
實(shí)驗(yàn)顯示,接觸過嗜血桿菌死菌的中性粒細(xì)胞對(duì)肺炎鏈球菌會(huì)強(qiáng)烈攻擊,而未接觸過流感嗜血桿菌死菌的中性粒細(xì)胞的這種攻擊則較不會(huì)這么強(qiáng)烈。接觸流感嗜血桿菌死菌,卻不會(huì)對(duì)流感嗜血桿菌活菌有所影響。這種現(xiàn)象有兩種可能性:
當(dāng)嗜血桿菌被肺炎鏈球菌攻擊時(shí),引發(fā)了免疫系統(tǒng)攻擊肺炎鏈球菌。
兩種細(xì)菌的結(jié)合引發(fā)了只有其中一種細(xì)菌存在所不會(huì)引發(fā)的免疫系統(tǒng)警報(bào)。
至于為何流感嗜血桿菌會(huì)不受免疫系統(tǒng)的影響則不得而知。

短吸管也叫滴管,分彎頭和直頭兩種。(5) 離心管:離心管是細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)中使用zui廣泛的器皿,根據(jù)用途不同 形態(tài)各樣,常用于細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)的離心管有大腹式尖底離心管和普通 尖底離心管兩類。前者分別為50ml,30ml,15ml;后者則多為 10ml和5ml。(6)其它:如三角燒瓶,燒杯,量筒,漏斗,注射器 等。細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)溫度維持培養(yǎng)細(xì)胞旺盛生長(zhǎng),必須有恒定而適宜的 溫度。不同種類的細(xì)胞對(duì)培養(yǎng)溫度要求也不同。人體細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)的 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溫度為36.5℃±0.5℃,偏離一溫度范圍,細(xì)胞的正常代謝會(huì) 受到影響,甚至死亡。培養(yǎng)細(xì)胞對(duì)低溫的耐受力較對(duì)高溫強(qiáng),溫 度上升不超過39℃時(shí),細(xì)胞代謝與溫度成正比;人體細(xì)胞在39-40 ℃1小時(shí),即能受到一定損傷,但仍有可能恢復(fù);在40-41℃1小時(shí) ,細(xì)胞會(huì)普遍受到損傷,僅小半數(shù)有可能恢復(fù);41-42℃1小時(shí), 細(xì)胞受到嚴(yán)重?fù)p傷,大部分細(xì)胞死亡,但細(xì)胞仍有恢復(fù)可能;當(dāng)溫 度在43℃以上1小時(shí),細(xì)胞全部死亡。相反,溫度不低于0℃時(shí), 對(duì)細(xì)胞代謝雖有影響,但并無傷害作用;把細(xì)胞放入25-35℃時(shí), 細(xì)胞仍能生存和生長(zhǎng),但速度減慢;放在4℃數(shù)小時(shí)后,再回到37 ℃培養(yǎng),細(xì)胞仍能繼續(xù)生長(zhǎng)。細(xì)胞代謝隨溫度降低而減慢。
